The IMD Build Hook turns accumulated fees into shipped work. Each trigger funds one build job from the token's spec queue: a landing page, a Telegram bot, a dashboard. The receipt carries the artifact hash and a link to the deliverable.
Asynchronous. The Solana trade completes first; the Base side runs afterwards and returns a receipt.
